CA Sudhir Yadav (FCA, B.Com)
Mr. Sudhir Yadav is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Since the beginning of his professional career of more than 10 years, he has gained expertise in Income Tax in particular and Direct Taxes in general but not restricted to either. Mr. Yadav is also an expert in issues pertaining to DTA (Double Taxation Avoidance) Tax Financial Planning, withholding tax, transfer pricing, business set-up services, project financing & PE funding services apart from matters of conventional taxation and procedures.He has been appearing before various authorities in respect of litigation matters of various clients and leading a hardworking and dedicated tax litigation team.
Mr. Yadav has worked with professionally managed corporates in capacity as a consultant and has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over 7 years. He has helped many organizations to setting up their businesses in India and operating it smoothly.
CA Amit Pandey
Mr. Amit is currently heading Audit & Corporate Tax division of the firm. He carries 9 years of the experience. He has headed the finance department of multiple MNC’s and helped them to achieve highest level of internal control and their target profits.
Mr. Amit is mentoring many Startups and providing them business insight to achieve success in their business. He also works with multiple investors and help to invest in right business opportunities.
CA Sanchit Rathi
A former investment banker with one of the top global banks, Mr. Rathi is an expert of Financial Markets. He firmly believes that in this era of negative real interest rates and floating currencies, cash is the worst asset to hold, which makes proper financial planning and asset allocation a need of the hour. He handles a range of services, including Investment management, financial planning, wealth advisory and estate planning. Mr. Rathi is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
CA Mudit Gupta
Mr. Mudit is an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is currently in-charge of GST Department of the firm. In such a short span, he has gained valuable experience in VAT, Service Tax, Excise, Customs and GST.
He has Lead the teams to successfully implement GST in various corporates engaged in manufacturing activities and export oriented units.
Besides Taxation, he has handled audit assignments of companies pertaining to sectors like textile, power, real-estate, pharmaceuticals, auto-components etc.
Mudit also has great exposure in Audit and Assurance, ROC, new business set-ups, proficiency in application of accounting standard and finalization of balance sheet complying with the accountings standard issued by ICAI.
